Is "How's by you?" a midwestern phrase? My dad, born and raised in the North side of Chicago, used to say it, but I don't think I've heard it elsewhere.

We had Thanksgiving dinner at the dining room in my mother's community. It was fine, but I missed making things for Thanksgiving dinner, and there were no leftovers. So I'm going to make a small version for my family of four tonight.

Yeah, I think it's a Chicago thing. Hope your TG redo was lovely.
