All right, you guys, the election and its aftermath have done a number on my food and exercise habits. Time for a change. Whole 30 is my favorite way to change things up, even though it's a pain. I also just signed up for another training program with my local running store, targeting a 10K in early November. The registration form asked me, What is your goal? My goal: get off my enlarging butt and stop eating my feelings about DJT + his troupe of treacherous clowns. No time like the present, friends.
