Tomorrow, friends, I will be 40% of the way through the semester and >70% of the way through my portion of a co-taught grad course. I have all kinds of posts I want to write. One is going to be called "Prayer is like sex" and one is going to be a draft of the letter I plan to write to our mayor about the merits of a Free-Range Friendly municipality (a person can dream!) and I am also thinking that I might revive my long-dormant productivity blog. But tonight I am going to do some really fast grading and some really fast exam-writing (which I hope is not only really fast but also thorough and fair exam-writing) and then some really fast sleeping. Wish me luck.

Welcome to my blog, where I mostly natter on about my life with five kids. Occasionally (not very often, because teenagers keep a person humble) I dispense parenting advice.
