Our Mutual Friend, Bleak House, and A Tale of Two Cities are my favorite Dickens novels! My least favorite was David Copperfield, which I felt a bit bad about since I read somewhere that it was Dickens's favorited of his books. I just read Bleak House for the first time a few months ago, but haven't read A Tale of Two Cities in a few years and would love to revisit it.

Hmm. I gave Hard Times to a friend who doesn't like Dickens, and it failed to convert her. I'd try something else, but I suspect I've wasted my one chance.

Oh I really liked Our Mutual Friend. My favorite character is Bella, go figure. And the way she uses the baby as a prop always cracks me up.
