Stella, lying in bed, says, "Mama, can we say that prayer about 'deliver us from evil'?"
"Sure we can," I tell her. She is a little vague on the beginning, but she ends strong.
"Deliver us from evil! And Jesus, please send me a unicorn."

Welcome to my blog, where I mostly natter on about my life with five kids. Occasionally (not very often, because teenagers keep a person humble) I dispense parenting advice.
