From amid the teetering stacks of books

I had a Plan, you guys. We were going to be traveling over New Year's and so I said, Hey! Let's get the Horrible Office de-horribilized while we're gone! Then we can move out of the too-small bedroom in which we have been sleeping and make if into a Non-Horrible Office. We returned tonight after a surprisingly nice week away and discovered that the de-horribilization remains a work in progress. Unfortunately, we moved everything out of the Horrible Office thinking we could move it as soon as we got home. I have wiggled myself into bed via a complicated process requiring me to suck in my stomach and hope for the best. When Stella calls me in the night, I hope I can reverse it without tearing a ligament. Lots more to say; not so much patience for iPod posting. Watch this space.
