I'm so sorry, Jamie. I will keep Carla and Henry and their family in my prayers. What a heartbreaking loss for all of you.

I love the end of your post about how God can use death. My co-workers daughter lost her child recently, less than a week before she was due to deliver. The priest at the funeral (I don't think it was Mass even though it was at a Catholic Church) spoke about this idea and it really touched me. Looking back I can see where I have felt most blessed at the time that I also felt the most pain...and am blessed when I share others' pain.

It's all very confusing and sad and wonderful.

Oh, I am so, so sorry. I do hope you are able to go; I hope you and your friend will yet be able to think happily of hey joyful announcement.

Oh Jamie, I am so, so sorry. I will keep her family and Henry in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Henry. Yet I'm glad he had such a loving family for that time. I hope you can make it to the funeral.

I'm so sorry. My thoughts are with her.
