This is not to sound like I am coming down on the teacher's side, but I totally get how you can fold origami too loudly. A distraction is a distraction.

The question is whether one is doing it deliberately or not, and whether one tries to tone it down after being notified.

Problem: after a while, there is a temptation to assume that every distraction is knowing and deliberate, and to go straight to punishment, skipping the discovery phase.
