I LOVE this recipe!!! Soooo yummy! I'm sure my folks would eat it. I'm wondering if there's a way to make it vegan, though. I know, tough. but I'll look for a vegan biscuit recipe.

Mmmmm . . . sounds like a caramelized onion pie. Delicious!

I recently had an onion surplus (bought a new bag not realizing I still had a full one) so I chopped and caramelized them all. I divided and froze it. With Swiss, Gruyere, or even Parmesan cheese it makes an awesome onion quiche, which is another cheap and easy supper.
