Jamie, I cut and saved the whole John Bosco piece this afternoon. So what I needed to hear. I'm not very good at that calm resignation yet, alas.

Your story about the lost handknits puts me in mind of the Jan Brett book The Mitten: First, I'll make sure you're safe, then I'll look for your mittens.
