Found!

Remember our missing turtle? My 10yo came running up the basement stairs today, crying and shouting, "Joe! Joe! JOE! Turtle's alive!"

Turtle survived a month in our basement, either in pseudo-hibernation or else stealthily eating occasional crickets and drinking from the AC drain hose (eek) while staying out of sight.

We refilled her empty tank (only not so full this time) and plopped her in.

I think she looks a little ticked at being back in captivity.
